Lead & Prospect Management Overview

Description

Prior to the point of signing a sales contract, individuals interested in purchasing a home from the user are either leads or prospects.  Leads have expressed an interest by "registering" with the user through completing a survey or traffic card.  Leads become Prospects at the point they meet with a user representative to complete a pricing estimate (work-up) and to provide financial pre-qualification information.  While distinctions are made between leads and prospects in the BuildTopiaHelpSystem descriptions and flowcharts, the BuildTopia application treats any individual prior to contract submission as a prospect.
